BREAKING: CCCCSD to go to remote learning Nov. 30-Dec. 1


CCCCSD Superintendent Raul Chavarria announced Thursday that the district will go to remote learning for two days after students and staff return from Thanksgiving Break.

"To the CCCCSD Learning Community,

I would like to announce that as a precaution and to allow our students to return safely to our schools from the Thanksgiving Break, CCCCSD will be Remote Learning on:

Monday, November 30, 2020 Remote Learning
Tuesday, December 1, 2020 Remote Learning
Wednesday, December 2, 2020 Return to campus for Face to Face Instruction

Students and parents are reminded that attendance will be taken and assignments will be due for the two Remote Learning Days.

Students will return to campus for Face to Face Instruction on Wednesday December 2, 2020. Parents are asked to self-screen their child for any Covid-19 related symptoms before sending their child to school.

If your child has experienced any close contact with someone positive for Covid-19, or has symptoms related, you are to contact:

Nurse Vicki Childress at 325-392-5501 extension5245.

Chavarria also said all practices and events scheduled for Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 will still take place.

The school district will notify parents and students of any changes.
