ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING   Commissioners' Court finds that circumstances present in all or part of   unincorporated area of   county create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning; and NOW,  REFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by   Commissioners' Court of Crockett County, Texas, that outdoor burning is restricted in Crockett County for 30 days from   date of adoption of this Order, unless   restrictions are terminated earlier based on a determination made by   Texas Forest Service or this Court. This Order is adopted pursuant to Local Government Code 352.081, and o r applicable statues.

Production will be commingled into the South Cross Unit Battery, located in RRC District 08 in Crockett County. Pursuant to Statewide Rules 26 and 27, interested parties must file objections or requests for hearing in writing to the Railroad Commission office within 21 days after publication, or the Commission may approve the application.
