NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SURFACE COMMINGLING Occidental Permian Ltd. is applying to the Railroad Commission for a new P-17 permit for the Midcross Dev. Unit, North Cross Dev. Unit and South Cross Unit. Production will be from the Crossett, S. (Detrital) and Crossett (Devonian) fields. Production will be commingled into the South Cross Unit Battery, located in RRC District 08 in Crockett County. Pursuant to Statewide Rules 26 and 27, interested parties must file objections or requests for hearing in writing to the Railroad Commission office within 21 days after publication, or the Commission may approve the application. ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING The Commissioners' Court finds that circumstances present in all or part of the unincorporated area of the county create a public safety hazard that would be exacerbated by outdoor burning; and NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED by the Commissioners' Court of Crockett County, Texas, that outdoor burning is restricted in Crockett County for 30 days from the date of adoption of this Order, unless the restrictions are terminated earlier based on a determination made by the Texas Forest Service or this Court. This Order is adopted pursuant to Local Government Code 352.081, and other applicable statues.

The sites may be viewed from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. Quotes will be by individual unit. Sealed bid proposals will be opened at 2:00 P.M. Friday May 11, 2018, at the School Administration Office. Please mark your bid envelope as follows: SEALED BID-HOUSING RENOVATION. Bids received after that date will be returned unopened.
