No. The internet is a valuable resource, but it's not a viable stand-alone source for public notices.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT

AVAD Operating, LLC located at 500 North Akard St. Ste 2860 Dallas, TX 75201, is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil and gas. The applicant proposes to inject fluid into the Wolfcamp formation, Shannon Hospital 2 lease, well #8. The proposed injection well is located 25 miles north of Ozona, TX in the Noelke (Wolfcamp, Lower) field in Crockett County. Fluid will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 5,490’ to 5,833’. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Texas Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.

Pursuant to Section 152.905 Local Government Code of Vernon’s Texas Statutes, as amended, the compensation of the following Crockett County Officials for the year beginning January I, 2018, are as follows:
2018 ANNUAL COMPENSATION
County Auditor Salary $48,900.00
Assistant Auditor Salary 38,298.00
Second Assistant Auditor Salary 29,772.00
District Court Reporter 14,136.00
In addition, Crockett County provides major medical, prescription, and term life insurance to these officials at no cost for employee coverage. Crockett County also contributes to the Texas County and District Retirement System at a rate of 9.86 per cent of the employee’s salary.

PUBLIC HEARING

The Commissioners Court of Crockett County Texas, pursuant to § 251.152 of the Texas Transportation Code, will conduct a public hearing at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2018, at the Commissioner's Courtroom in the Courthouse Annex, 909 Ave. D, Ozona TX, to receive comment regarding the establishment of speed control devices in the Quail Run Subdivision on the streets of Quail Run, Cardinal Lane, Hummingbird Lane, Dove Lane and Alley between Quail Run and Hummingbird Lane, for the purpose of reducing the speed of vehicles using the roads, pursuant to § 251.016, 251.051, and 251.151 of the Texas Transportation Code.
