BID NOTICE FOR ELECTRICAL WIRING REPLACEMENT

The Crockett County Consolidated Common School District will receive sealed bids for removing and replacing electrical wiring for two school housing units. Specifications and guidelines can be picked up for all interested bidders at the CCCCSD Administration Office through April 7, 2020. All bids will be received until April 7, 2020 at 2:00 pm. Any bid received after this date will be returned unopened. Bids received without a signature will not be accepted. Bids will be awarded at the next regular school board meeting.

Please mail or deliver your bids to Lisa James, P. O. Box 400 (797 Avenue D), Ozona, Texas 76943. Mark your bid envelope “Sealed Bid for School Housing Electrical Wiring.”

The district has the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to make awards as they may appear advantageous to the district.

Crockett County Appraisal District Reminds Businesses to Render
their Taxable Property by April 15

If you own tangible personal property that is used to produce income, you must file a rendition with the Crockett County Appraisal District by April 15, 2020.

A rendition is a report that lists all the taxable property you owned or controlled on Jan. 1 of this year. Property includes inventory and equipment used by a business. Owners do not have to render exempt property, such as church property or an agriculture producer’s equipment used for farming.

“The appraisal district may use the information submitted in the rendition to set property values,” said Janet Thompson, Chief Appraiser.

PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR FLUID INJECTION WELL PERMIT

Occidental Permian Ltd., P.O. Box 4294, Houston, TX 77210-4294 is applying to the Railroad Commission of Texas for a permit to inject fluid into a formation which is productive of oil or gas.

The applicant proposes to inject salt water, H2s and CO2 into the Devonian formation, Midcross (Devonian) Unit, RRC No. 24526, Well Number 43. The proposed injection well is located 4 miles southwest from McCamey, TX, in the Crossett S. (Detrital) Field RRC # 21912333, in Upton County.

Fluid will be injected into strata in the subsurface depth interval from 4910’ MD/ 4900’ TVD to 5610’ MD/ 5600’ TVD feet.

LEGAL AUTHORITY: Chapter 27 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, Title 3 of the Natural Resources Code, as amended, and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Railroad Commission of Texas.
