Handbell choir performs at December meeting

The Ozona Woman's Forum met for their annual Christmas meeting at the Ozona United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall on Tuesday, Dec. 13. President Beth Hoover welcomed members and guest. New member Carol Jane Graves was introduced and welcomed. Pastor Jean Reardon then introduced special guest the N.O.M.A.D.S. (Nomads in Mission Active in Divine Service). An overview of the wonderful work they have done in the community the past weeks was reported also. Members were reminded to observe the Christmas lights, bows and garland that adorned the Crockett County Courthouse and special thanks was given to Jeaninne Henderson and the Projects Committee. They worked with the county road department to ensure the project was completed and up for the community to enjoy by Christmas.

THE SAN ANGELO UMPIRE'S ASSOCIATION donated $500 to the OLPH Youth Group this month. Representative Albert Talamantez (front center) presented the check. The association is a non-profit that earns funds by working the Mr. W Fireworks Stands in San Angelo.
