A deputy was dispatched to Nashua Street for a report of loud noise.

Arrests:

Brett Taylor Winnegan of Phoenix, Arizona, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Winnegan was arraigned, made bond, and released.

Derry Javon Ruth of Missouri City, Texas, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Ruben Anthony Morales of San Antonio, Texas, was arrested for Bexar County Warrant Indecency with Child Sexual Contact. Morales was arraigned, bond set, and remains in custody.
