Dear Santa :

I am a little boy 28 years old and weigh 180 pounds. I am 6 feet tall.

I want 3 new suits, a new car would like a Buick best of all—real sporty. Don’t forget to get one with a radio as I wouldn’t appreciate one without. Please bring me at least 6 pair of shoes, make them of the best quality as I do not like cheap things. 3 new hats and 12 shirts will do. Be your own judge about underwear, socks and ties but remember I like good ones. I could never have too many. I positively cannot get along with less than two top coats and I want one made of camel hair.

I also need two new Gladstone bags, black leather with sterling metal. A Tuxedo is imperative; don’t expect me to be happy without one. And remember I am very particular about my suits. If it will please you as well you may call on me to take measurements before you try picking out my suits. You will have to call me for an appointment as my time is nearly all taken up. O, yes. I would appreciate a check on the North Pole Bank for about $3,000. I couldn't have a very nice Xmas on less.
