Living heart healthy

Becoming more heart healthy was discussed during “Heart Health Lunch & Learn” on Friday at Crockett Room.

Crockett County Extension Agent Kailey Roberts and Ozona United Methodist Church Wesley Nurse Niki Bishop gave a presentation that included heart healthy tips and information, as well as a light lunch and door prizes.

February is National Heart Health Month, which serves as a reminder to every woman to care for their hearts.

Heart disease develops gradually and can start a young age.
