THIS BEAUTIFUL QUILT, made by the Hands in Service Quilters, is part of this year’s Helping Hands drawing. Pictured are: (left to right) Audrey Glynn, Bertha Rivera, Helping Hands Director, Mary Klepper, Judy Bisset, Coleen Everett and JoAnn Hearne. Not pictured: Elaine Williams and Nancy Hale. Along with the quilt, other prizes include a single burner gas grill from NATGAS, sitting shoot for four with option to buy from ADR Photography, Chi Set from Village Beauty and Barber Shop, gift certificate and “Girl in Boat” figurine from Village Drug, gift certificate and gift basket from Close to Our Hearts, one month membership from the J. Cleo Thompson Wellness Center, meal for two from Pepe’s Restaurant, gift certificate from Cynthia’s Beauty Salon, prizes from Ozona Cable and Broadband and Ozona Storage/Black Real Estate and more. Tickets are $1 and can be purchased from any Helping Hands Board Member, at the Crockett County Senior Center or at the 13th Annual Holiday Hands Christmas Arts & Crafts Fair on Dec. 6 at the Civic Center.
