In the June 4, 2026, edition of the Ozona Stockman, the article “Crockett County appoints new fire marshal” incorrectly stated that commissioners appointed Josiah Jurado as Crockett County Fire Marshal. Commissioners appointed Joe Jurado as Crockett County Fire Marshal. The Stockman regrets the error.
