Kruse named as Ozona Bank’s chief lending officer

Ozona—Ozona Bank recently announced the promotion of Lance Kruse to chief lending officer.
Kruse has been a dedicated member of the Ozona Bank team for more than 10 years, during which he has demonstrated strong lending expertise, leadership, and a commitment to serving customers and communities across the bank’s footprint. His contributions have played a key role in strengthening client engagement and supporting the bank’s continued growth.
With more than 22 years of experience in the banking industry, Kruse began his career as an analyst and has built a comprehensive understanding of financial services and lending practices. He is a 2025 graduate of the SW Graduate School of Banking and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
In his new role, Kruse will lead Ozona Bank’s lending function as part of a broader relationship banking strategy, working closely with teams across all markets to deepen customer relationships, enhance collaboration, and deliver comprehensive financial solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients and communities.
