Incidents

Feb. 23

• A deputy responded to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of First Street and Avenue E. No injuries were reported.

• A deputy responded to State Highway 163 regarding a harassment complaint.

• A deputy assisted a citizen with a locked vehicle on 11th Street.

Feb. 24

• A deputy responded to State Highway 163 for a report of online impersonation.

• A deputy responded to Interstate 10 after a suspicious 911 call was received.

• Deputies and the fire department responded to a grass fire near Avenue E and Fifth Street.

Feb. 25

• A deputy assisted a stranded motorist on Interstate 10.

• Deputies conducted welfare checks on Leal Street, Walnut Drive, Vetilla Street and Blas Street.

• A deputy assisted a citizen with a locked vehicle on Avenue D.

Feb. 26

• A deputy responded to a criminal trespassing complaint on Leal Street.

• A deputy responded to State Highway 163 for a report of damaged property.

• Deputies conducted a child custody standby on State Highway 163.

• A deputy responded to Peach Street for a reckless driver.

• A deputy responded to Mulberry Drive for a loud music complaint.

Feb. 27

• A deputy responded to 11th Street regarding a suspicious person.

• A deputy conducted a welfare check on State Highway 163.

• A deputy responded to State Highway 163 for a theft report.

• A deputy responded to Farm-to-Market Road 2083 regarding a suspicious vehicle.

• A deputy assisted a stranded motorist on Avenue E.

Feb. 28

• Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash on Interstate 10. The Texas Department of Public Safety, EMS and the fire department also assisted.

• A deputy responded to Angus Street regarding a suspicious person.

• A deputy responded to Santa Rosa Street for a loud music complaint.

• A deputy responded to Avenue E for a criminal trespassing complaint.

• A deputy responded to Avenue E for a loud music complaint.

March 1

• A deputy conducted a welfare check on Crockett Heights Drive.

• A deputy responded to Avenue H regarding a suspicious person.

• A deputy responded to Blas Street for a burglary report.

• A deputy responded to Avenue K regarding a suspicious person.

• A deputy responded to Avenue E for a suspicious vehicle.

• A deputy responded to State Highway 163 for a loud music complaint.

Arrests

Feb. 25

• Jose Jerardo-Dominguez Anzua, Ozona, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 2, 4 grams or more but less than 400 grams, and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. The subject was arraigned, posted bond and was released.

Feb. 27

• Dolores Eudelia Gutierrez, Ozona, was arrested for a motion to amend conditions of community supervision related to possession of a controlled substance. The subject remains in custody.

March 1

• Hector Hugo Garcia, Del Rio, was arrested for reckless driving. The subject was arraigned, posted bond and was released.

All individuals listed in the Sheriff’s Report are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
