Students earn national recognition in contest

Ozona—Four Ozona High School students earned top honors in the Association of Texas Photography Instructors Fall Contest, a nationwide competition that drew 6,756 entries across more than 30 categories from 130 schools in 15 states, as well as Canada and Great Britain.
Lindsey Galindo and Nicole Rojo won first place in Video News for their Women in Aviation story, surpassing entries from two 6A high school programs.
Maria Damian and Mareli Rodriguez received Honorable Mention for their coverage of Shannon Healthcare’s visit to OHS.
