Bus driver retires after more than a decade

Ozona—After 14 years of dedicated service, Lupe Gonzales, a bus driver for Crockett County Consolidated Common School District, has retired.

Throughout his career, Gonzales safely transported students on their daily routes and drove the band to Friday night football games. His professionalism, kindness, and commitment made daily routines safer and brighter for countless students.

As he begins this well-earned new chapter, the district extends its deepest gratitude for his years of service.
