Court discussed upcoming changes to software system and tried to decide which system to use to be compatible and to switch to cloud base system which also protects against hackers.

The court allowed $40,000 from the contingency fund for Rodeo Arena improvements.

The court made a motion to change liability and property insurance coverage.
